Please allow up to 72 hours from successful payment for delivery by email.
The 72-hour delivery timeframe applies only to Basic Products.
If you have not received your Basic Product within 72 hours, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist you.
6. Higher-Level Products — Additional Time Required
After payment, customers must follow the instructions provided by Recrega.
The fulfillment or delivery timeframe for Higher-Level Products depends on the applicable waiting time, but usually less than a week.
Higher-Level Products are not subject to the 72-hour Basic Product delivery timeframe.
7. Customer Email Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- The email address provided during checkout is correct.
- Their email account can receive emails and attachments.
- Their mailbox has sufficient storage capacity.
- Emails from Recrega are not blocked or filtered.
- They maintain access to the email address provided during purchase.
Recrega is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, blocked emails, spam filters, full mailboxes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Refunds
Because our products are delivered electronically, no refund will be provided once the purchased product, download link, access information, or applicable delivery email has been sent to the customer’s email address or when the digital work has already started.
If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect product, receive a corrupted file, or cannot access a product that has been delivered, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement access, or another suitable solution.
